Strategic Planning

These are the three key questions organizations must ask to achieve success. SVM specializes in guiding these types of discussions and working with teams to help organizations develop comprehensive plans with measurable metrics to monitor missional effectiveness.

Stewardship & Development

• As many churches wrestle with the prospect of declining attendance and financial resources with it, SVM offers a unique platform to help churches strengthen community engagement, while also collaborating with pastoral and church leadership to implement a biblically-rooted platform to inspire stewardship.

Rate Structure

• Sierra Vista Ministries is focused, first and foremost, on serving the Lord to fulfill the Great Commission. Accordingly, SVM’s rate structure is designed with narrow church and Christian school budgets in mind.  SVM happily offers free consultations to understand the needs of a church, followed by a written proposal plan to address the needs, and the anticipated timeline to achieve the objective.  The first four hours are billed at $100 p/h. Work performed thereafter is billed at $40 p/h.  At the conclusion of the project, SVM gives thanks to the Lord and the ministry by tithing back to the organization.
